Complete Driver CPC online today and get covered for the next 9 years!



On Monday 30th March 2020 NTP once again set out change history with the launch of online Driver CPC training courses.


The brand new DSA / JAUPT approved Driver CPC courses were approved on Friday 27th March, and our first live class were run online on Monday. It's already been a huge success with over 60 people already attending our live, online training sessions this week alone.


With the opportunity to complete the DCPC requirement and get covered for up to 9 years we always knew the demand was going to be high. The systems we have in place means we can cater for lots of people who want to get their training completed and you can start right away.


Our message is a simple one; do it now! If you're at home this is the perfect opportunity to complete the mandatory qualification and extend the entitlement on your DQC (Driver Qualification Card).


So how can you get covered for up to 9 years?


If you had your DQC issued in 2019 you're already covered until 2024 but if you complete another 35 hours of DCPC training now this will be extended for a further 5 years, meaning you're covered right up to the deadline in 2029.


It's also the perfect option for those wanting to get back onto the road and help keep our country during the coronavirus pandemic. In order to drive commercially, you must hold a DQC (Driver Qualification Card), to gain this those with acquired rights, also known as grandfather rights, are required to complete 35 hours of periodic Driver CPC training before they can legally drive on the road on a commercial basis. Our online driver CPC periodic training courses give you the opportunity to complete the required training.


What are acquired rights?


Having ‘acquired rights’ means that you did not have to take the Driver CPC initial qualification because of your existing driving experience.

How much does it cost to attend a live online Driver CPC training session?


We have NOT increased any of our training courses and therefore we will continue to charge £60 per person for our online driver CPC sessions.
