On the 2nd February 2016 stress levels in our offices went through the roof, a simple move to a new telephone provider caused chaos and as I type the issues caused by the move still aren't resolved!
We know this has caused problems for our customers and people are wondering whats happened, where have we gone and why can't you get hold of us....well it's simple folks......our number is is cyber space somewhere and nobody knows how to sort the problem!
We know you are all frustrated and believe me so are we! We are doing our very best working with all the suppliers involved to get the issue sorted as soon as possible, as you can probably tell, its not a quick process.
Our phone drama doesn't look to be ending anytime soon so we have put a temporary number in place to allow you to contact us. To get hold of us please call us on 01406 424500.
